Hydroxycut Side Effects - Can You Lose Weight Fast using Hydroxycut, Without any Side Effects?

As one of the most heavily-promoted diet supplements on the market, Hydroxycut Side Effects have become a big issue in weight loss. Can you use Hydroxycut for fast weight loss - without suffering through any of a list of frequent side effects? (For more information on this, go to the website listed in the Resource Box below this article.)

Hydroxycut is a product made by MuscleTech, a well-known supplement manufacturer. It is a "thermogenic" compound, meaning that it helps you to burn off more fat by raising your metabolism. It contains both natural and laboratory-made ingredients, including well-known fat burning substances - some of which are used in many others thermogenic supplements.

(Note: The original form of Hydroxycut contained Ephedra. When widespread dangerous ephedra side effects became fully known, bottles of Hydroxycut were quickly removed from store shelves under Federal mandate! MuscleTech then had to scramble to create an Ephedra-free version of Hydroxycut, to avoid those dangerous side effects - and prevent another multi-nation-wide recall. Thus, I will only be discussing the Ephedra-free version of Hydroxycut, from this point onwards...)

Here are the known benefits of Hydroxycut, in regards to weight loss:

-increased amount of fat loss and weight loss

-increased speed of fat loss and weight loss

-increased energy and stamina

-stronger and more successful workouts

-some reports of decreased appetite as well (which would obviously be a further advantage to those trying to lose fat)

Now before you run off and buy a year's supply of Hydroxycut, I'm going to be honest with you. There are some very substantial problems associated with using this weight loss supplement. In fact, over *90%* of those who take Hydroxycut have reported serious Side Effects from its use!

This may be a shock to you, but don't worry. Fortunately for you, I'm going to reveal Insider Secrets to using Hydroxycut for fast weight loss, while avoiding most of those side effects. (And possibly, losing weight quickly without ANY side effects!)

But first, you need to understand what those side effects are - so we can solve them together.

1) ALL diet supplements are still drugs. So they all have side effects.

2) The more frequently-reported Hydroxycut Side Effects include: blurred vision, nose bleeds, restlessness and hyperactivity, increased heart rate, increased/decreased blood pressure, dizziness, light-headedness, headaches. There are even some reports of vaginal yeast infections, body rashes and acne outbreaks!?

3) One particular side effect that is cause for great concern, is arrhythmia (irregular heartbeat). Hydroxycut users have reported feeling their heart skip beats - and even "stall"!

4) A concern for men in particular, are reports of Hydroxycut-caused impotence. In fact, the bottle's label does note the potential for "sexual side effects". Since decreased blood pressure has been widely reported, this would be the most likely suspect for causing the difficulty in achieving and maintaining erections, in men using Hydroxycut.

In addition, many of those who claim success using Hydroxycut, also participated in a diet and exercise regimen during the same period. So there is no way to know for sure, if they would have succeeded without using Hydroxycut.

Even worse, after you suffer through some or all of the above side effects, you then find that your success is short-lived. ALL diet pills only work for a short period. The typical diet pill user finds that after awhile, your body builds up resistance to the pill's effects - the pills lose potency!

This potency problem is much worse, in this new, ephedra-free version of Hydroxycut. Almost all of those who used the previous, Ephedra version, have found that the new ephedra-free version, produces "watered down" results.

Diet pills all come with the promise of "easy weight loss", but we have seen that using Hydroxycut can produce Side Effects accompanying its use - and a long list of them! However, as I told you above there ARE ways to minimize (or even eliminate) these side effects - yet still lose weight rapidly and easily! And I discuss exactly how to do that, in the next article in this series at: http://celopindietpill.blogspot.com

Did you know 90% of Diet Failures occur because of the same, few mistakes? At Hydroxycut Side Effects find out how YOU can easily prevent these mistakes! Click: http://celopindietpill.blogspot.com

I Love Touring Paris - The Eighteenth Arrondissement

The 18th arrondissement of northern Paris is located on the Right Bank of the Seine River. Its land area is about 2.3 square miles (a sliver over six square kilometers). The population is on hundred eighty five thousand and the area is home to about seventy thousand jobs.

The distinctive Moulin Rouge (Red Mill or windmill) is a major highlight of this historic district. It is one of the world's best-known nightclubs or to use the French term, cabaret. The Moulin Rouge was built in 1889 by the owner of the Olympia, Paris's oldest music hall located in the neighboring ninth district. You can't miss this building because of the imitation red windmill on the roof. Josephine Baker, Frank Sinatra, Mistinguett, and Edith Piaf and many other famous entertainers regularly played the Moulin Rouge. The story has it that Elvis had a crush on a can-can dancer and never went to Paris without stopping at the Moulin Rouge.

This cabaret's most unusual star was undoubtedly Joseph Pujol, who performed under the name Le Pétomane. His act consisted of "singing" from an unexpected body opening. His "songs" included the French National Anthem, La Marseillaise, and an imitation of the 1906 San Francisco Earthquake. I'm told Sigmund Freud used to catch his act. Believe it or not, for many years Pujol was the highest-paid entertainer in France. A present-day British comedian Mr. Methane dressed like a superhero does the same sort of thing, but to my knowledge has not played the Moulin Rouge.

This historic cabaret, arguably the site where striptease was born, has been immortalized in paintings by Toulouse Lautrec and to a lesser extent by two films nominated for the Best Picture Academy Award, the 1952 version starring Jose Ferrer and Zsa-Zsa Gabor and the 2001 version starring Ewan McGregor and Nicole Kidman.

Butte Montmartre is a hill about four hundred feet (one hundred thirty meters) high not very much more than a hop, skip, and a jump away from the Moulin Rouge. Its height and natural beauty have attracted religious ceremonies since time immemorial. Montmartre was probably used for druid ceremonies way back when and formerly hosted a temple to the Roman god of war Mars. Saint Denis, the Bishop of Paris and the patron saint of France, founded a church there before his martyrdom in the mid-Third Century. His church, the relatively unknown Saint Pierre de Montmartre, claims to be the founding location of the Jesuit order of priests. You are more likely to visit the hill's other church, the Basilica du Sacre Coeur (Basilica of the Sacred Heart) described below.

The area itself was the site of the first Paris Commune insurrection in 1870-1871 and its former gypsum mines serve as unmarked tombs for many partisans of this French revolution. The whole affair was pretty bloody and the Archbishop of Paris was one of its many martyrs. When Paris was rebuilt in the Eighteenth Century by Napoleon III and his minion Baron Hausmann, the poor people of Paris were driven out of the city center to Montmartre and other parts of the outskirts.

From the late Nineteenth Century until the end of World War One Montmartre was home to the artists and their milieu. Among those who hung their hats in Montmartre were Salvador Dalí, Claude Monet, Pablo Picasso and Vincent van Gogh. The list goes on and on. In later years the artistic center of Paris, and in fact the world, switched from Montmartre to Montparnasse in the south of Paris. In 1965 in his famous song La Bohème the popular French singer-songwriter Charles Aznavour tells the story of a painter reminiscing about his youth in a Montmartre that has ceased to exist: Je ne reconnais plus/Ni les murs, ni les rues/Qui ont vu ma jeunesse/En haut d'un escalier/Je cherche l'atelier/Dont plus rien ne subsiste/Dans son nouveau décor/Montmartre semble triste/Et les lilas sont morts ('I no longer recognize/Neither the walls nor the streets/That had seen my youth/At the top of a staircase/I look for an atelier/Of which nothing survives/In its new décor/Montmartre seems sad/And the lilacs are dead').

Montmartre is no longer bohemian. But what is? If you stroll around the Place du Tertre you won't have any trouble finding artists, some of whom are struggling. Many renowned artists and other cultural figures such as Jacques Offenbach and Francois Truffault are buried in the Cimetière de Montmartre (Montmartre Cemetery).

In 1873 Paris city council expropriated land at the summit of Montmartre for the construction of the Basilica. The foundation stone was laid in 1875 and the church was opened for services in 1891. The Basilica was only completed in 1914, and formally dedicated after the end of World War I. Go to top of the dome for a spectacular panoramic view of Paris, which lies mostly to the south. The church and its surroundings have often starred in films, most recently the 2001 movie Amélie. You may want to take the funicular (cable-car) to get to the top of the hill.

Among Montmartre's museums is the Musée de Montmartre, the house where the painter Maurice Utrillo lived and worked in a second-floor studio. Several other well-known artists including Pierre-Auguste Renoir lived here. In 1990 his painting Bal au moulin de la Galette, Montmartre featuring local people sold for more than $78 million. You might also want to stop by the Espace Dalí, a museum devoted to the famous Spanish painter Salavdor Dalí. More extensive collections of his work are found in Figueres, Spain and Saint Petersburg, Florida. Another museum is the Musée de l'érotisme in the nearby Pigalle section of the district. Do you need a translation?

When we launched this series we promised you a Paris vineyard. The fifteenth arrondissement in southern Paris also hosts a vineyard. But Montmartre's vineyard is much more famous. Local intellectuals planted the vineyard in 1934. They chose a northern exposure (is Paris really that hot, temperature wise?) and organized the first grape picking a year after the planting, about three years too early. This ceremony attracted both the President of the French Republic and the Minister of Agriculture. Except during World War II, every October the grapes are picked and wine is made in the cellar of the Mairie (the local City Hall). Local artists paint labels for the bottles, sold in April at a charity auction. Yet one more reason to visit this Paris and Montmartre in the spring.

Of course you don't want to be in Paris without sampling fine French wine and food. In my article I Love French Wine and Food - A Rhône Valley Crozes-Hermitage I reviewed such a wine and suggested a sample menu: Start with Foie Gras avec Gelée de Viognier (Goose Liver Pâté with Viognier Jelly). For your second course savor Chevreau à l'Ail et Herbes Sauvages (Baby Goat with Garlic and Wild Herbs). And as dessert indulge yourself with Granité aux Pommes et Calvados (Apple and Calvados Ice). Your Parisian sommelier (wine steward) will be happy to suggest appropriate wines to accompany each course.

Levi Reiss has authored or co-authored ten books on computers and the Internet, but to be honest, he would rather just drink fine Italian, French, or other wine, accompanied by the right foods. He teaches classes in computers at an Ontario French-language community college. He knows what dieting is, and is glad that for the time being he can eat and drink what he wants, in moderation. His central website is www.wineinyourdiet.com devoted to the health and nutritional aspects of wine and its place in your weight-loss program. His global wine website is www.theworldwidewine.com. Natural Weight Loss Through Herbs

Plants have a lot of uses - food, clothing, ornamentation, medicine - and nowadays, some species have also been known to aid in weight loss. Weight loss herbs are becoming more popular these days that they have been commercialized in the form of diet pills, tea and other supplements. Most diet supplements contain an assortment of these weight loss herbs. But there are people who take them in their natural form. Some of the well-known weight loss herbs are listed below.

Cascara sagrada - Ramnus purshiana

The cascara sagrada (sacred bark) is a known laxative and diuretic. It is a natural stimulant that contains cascarosides which in turn causes an increased muscular contraction in the large intestines. One warning though before using this weight loss herb. The sacred bark is not to be mixed with blood pressure drugs or other diuretics.

Dandelion - Taraxacum officinale

This is another natural diuretic and laxative. The dandelion is known to enhance fat metabolism and flush out cholesterol before it builds up in the blood vessels. It is the considered the safest diuretic but it should still be taken in moderation to avoid addiction.

Licorice root - Glycyrrhia glabra

For those who have the sweet tooth, eating 1-2 sticks of licorice root will help satisfy your sugar cravings. It aids in weight loss by preventing frequent snacking for high-calorie food. However, when used in excess, the licorice root can cause your blood pressure to go up. If you're under heart medications, you are not allowed to use this because it could cause an increased heart rate that could lead to cardiac arrest.

Cayenne - Capsicum annuum

Cayenne has thermogenic properties that increases the body's metabolic rate. It is capable of digesting fat at a faster pace which could then result in weight loss. Since it's a very popular spice, it can be incorporated in your daily dishes. However, excessive intake of this weight loss herb can cause gastrointestinal inflammation.

Lose Belly Fat - How To Lose Your Fat Belly - The Easy Way!

Everybody wants to Lose Belly Fat, so they can have a "trim tummy". Male and Female, today's magazines are filled with models who's first priority, is to showoff their absolutely flat, toned tummies or rock-hard "six-pack"! So why have you found it so hard, to get the great-looking midsection you want?

Well for one, the stomach region is a primary fat storage area for humans. That's why your body fights against you, by removing fat from your other body areas first. You have to find a way to convince your body to do something, it will not naturally do on its own. In addition to this, people who are trying to lose belly fat are faced with a huge assortment of Bad Methods: expensive equipment, expensive club memberships, expensive weight-loss franchises - none of which is needed to great those great-looking abs.

Fortunately for you, you CAN lose belly fat. And you can do it in a way, that does NOT require expensive fitness club memberships, needs NO expensive home fitness equipment, is easy to do and takes little time!

But first, you have to understand the methods which do NOT work, but are sold and promoted widely. Let's start with the Worst - shall we?

#1: Ab Blasters, Ab Masters, and other "Infomercial Ab Machines"

Have you noticed how these come and go, and how there's always a new, "better" one that's just come onto the market? The reason none of these devices has a long consumer "lifespan"? They don't work! Plus, some of the products (and the companies behind them) are so deceptive - they been hit with million-dollar fines!

#2: Endless Sit-ups, Crunches, and other "Ab Exercises"

Sit-ups don't work, and they can create back problems. But even worse, doing lots of sit-ups can actually make your waist look thicker! Crunches are a bit better but again, back problems can be aggravated by them. Plus, you can do crunches forever, and not get a six-pack, nor a toned tummy. As for the many other so-called "ab exercises" - don't waste your time. You won't lose your belly fat, or get a great looking mid-section, by doing any "targeted" exercises like these.

#3: Targeted "Spot Reduction"

Which brings us to the final problem - "spot reduction" doesn't work. When you lose a pound, your body decides where to take it from. There's no way to "target" your abs (or any other body area), to specifically lose fat from that region.

So what CAN you do, to lose belly fat?

Your first step is to lose fat overall. Dieting can help, but to get that great-looking tummy, you need to combine diet AND exercise. But what kind of exercise is best?

You need to employ fully-body exercise. Specifically, you need to choose exercises that do target the ab muscles, but while using your entire body. (I layout a specific, step-by-step, tummy-toning and six-pack-creating Exercise Plan, in the next article in this series at http://celopindietpill.blogspot.com )

There are TWO major benefits to using this kind of exercise:

#1: While "spot-reduction" doesn't work, Spot Toning does. That is, while you cannot tell your body where to take the fat off, you certainly CAN tell your body which muscles to concentrate on firming!

#2: Exercises that only use one group of muscles (such as "ab exercises"), burn very little fat. But full-body exercises burn the most fat possible - and in the shortest amount of time!

So you see, the key to getting that six-pack, or that fantastic-looking "toned" tummy - is to lose belly fat with an easy-to-do daily exercise plan, that takes little time and requires no special equipment. And I'll show you how to do exactly that, in the next article in this series at: http://celopindietpill.blogspot.com/

Healing, Serenity, and Spiritual Transformation in the Material World

Alchemical Transformation occurs in the space where wave is particle, spirit is matter, potential & pattern co-exist, & consciousness is fully expressing itself in the Material World. This is a sacred space where the myriad levels of consciousness vibrate as one. It is a space of ever-evolving awareness, of conscious co-creation & manifestation, a space of compassion, vitality health, & abundance.

The space of Alchemical Transformation is created using intention, gentleness, & compassion, along with the healing art of Holographic Re-Alignment. Holographic Re-Alignment is a synthesis of many healing modalities & tools. Beginning with focused intention, energetic-information templates are gathered from the Body, Mind, Heart, Bio-Chemistry, Genetic History, Ancestral History, Energy Systems & etc..... This information along with a variety of gentle & effective techniques, is the foundation of Holographic Re-Alignment.

Holographic Re-Alignment releases the patterns that inhibit your true spiritual nature from fully expressing itself in the material world. The path from pure consciousness to the material world is facilitated by a dynamic web of multi-faceted crystalline vibrational structures. These crystalline structures have many functions, one of which is to transform the higher vibrational energy of pure consciousness, down to a lower frequency that can exist in our material world. Your true essence is always shining through this this crystalline web into the material world. The problem is that "patterns/mis-alignments" are distorting the facets of the crystalline structures & thus, distorting & suppressing your true spiritual nature from fully expressing itself in the material field. As you release more & more of these distortion patterns from the crystalline matrix,, using Holographic Re-Alignment, your true essence increasingly shines through into the Material World.

Where do these distortions come from? The answer is from many sources, such as.... past lives, genetic predisposition, ancestral memory, cultural archetypes, repressed memory, childhood experiences, current choices, belief systems, thought patterns, identities, religious structures, peer energies, karma, diet, environmental toxicity, injury, trauma, & etc....

In general, the western approach to health & wellness is a type of "shallow" healing, in that it focuses mainly on the symptoms of imbalance. If there is a deeper exploration of possible causes, this exploration stays in the material realm of Mind/Body.

"Deep" healing on the other hand, focuses both on the deeper sources of imbalance on the the physical plane of Mind/Body & on the causative distortions that exist in the crystalline matrix.

Holographic Re-alignment is able to connect the places where consciousness, the crystalline matrix distortions, & the physical imbalances of Mind, Body, Heart, & Spirit co-exist.

This is the space

where the Alchemical Transformation experience is facilitated.

This is the space

where true "Deep" Healing can occur.

This is the space

where the pieces of your soul that have been left behind

are retrieved & brought home.

This is the space

where you step deeper into who & what you truly are...

a beautiful glorious spiritual being...

living deeply in the material world.

This is the space

where you step into your empowerment & consciously

co-create & manifest your true life path & heart's desire.

May your journey be gentle.

The Papaya Smoothie - A Great Addition to Your Diet

Papaya is known as a metabolism boosting food so can be a great addition to your diet. Smoothies are really easy to make and can be done with a bit of yogurt, some juice or milk and your favourite fruit. A banana is the perfect way to thicken the smoothie and they can become so filling and nutrition that if you're not a breakfast person, the smoothie is a great way to start your day.

Not only does a smoothie present a great opportunity for health benefits but it can help you with your weight loss efforts. A papaya smoothie could be a great blend of flavour, nutrition and metabolism boosting power for you whether you're doing the Sacred Heart Soup Diet, the Special K Diet, some other diet or simply trying to live a healthier life.

Papaya Health Benefits

Papaya is known for antioxidant power, vitamin C and is revered as a great digestive aid. You'll see many dieting ads suggesting you purchase a papaya diet supplement to get the maximum benefit from the extract. Whether you choose to purchase a supplement or simply choose to try to get more of this fruit in your diet, you can definitely benefit from a tasty and nutrition-packed smoothie. Here's a recipe:

Making a Papaya Smoothie

-Chunks of seeded and peeled papaya

-1 banana

-Probiotic Yogurt

-Milk or Juice (or even probiotic juice!)

Blend until desired consistency.

Fruit Tips

Using up fruit can be a challenge since it can spoil quickly so freezing your fruit before it's over ripe (when it doesn't look like it'll get eaten in time) is a great idea. You can add it to smoothies, to muffins and cereal as needed. Freezing fruit is a good idea because it retains its nutrient value as well as works great in recipes when thawed.

Excess And Deficiency - The Most Powerful Words You Will Ever Use In Creating A Love Filled Life

Excess and deficiency

Q: What does the word "benign" mean?

A: Benign is what you will be after you be eight

Throw away every theory. Cast all your knowledge to the wind. Abandon your religion, your intellect and your ego. Fall into truth in just two simple words, excess and deficiency.

Too much and too little. The whole universe is divided into these two. Too much and too little. When there is too much, some is taken. When there is too little, some is returned. This is the ebb and flow of life, the universe, and the way it turns.

When we perceive we have too little, we reach out for it. When we perceive we have too much we push it away. Ahhh, we are forever in the ebb and flow, excess of this, deficiency of that. Too much - too little.

Too much aggression, not enough peace. Too much global warming, not enough environmental awareness. Too much time single, not enough romance. Too much giving not enough getting. Too much work not enough home. Too much greed not enough kindness. Too much hard work not enough play. Too much food not enough exercise. All this adds to a zero sum game because nobody really gets the truth/

For every excess there is always a corresponding deficiency. So, too much aggression has associated with it, too much peace. Too much global warming has associated with it too much global cooling. Too much time single has associated with it too much time spent with others. Etc You don't have to do a thing.

The person who can't trust, takes control. They emotionalize. They become reactive because they lost their trust in nature, or God or people. This person wants to fix things because they see excess or deficiency. Too much - too little.

We are gross like this. Not subtle. We are not subtle because we emotionalize. This is the cause of all disease. Excess and deficiency. The body gets too much of one thing and not enough of another. This is all eastern healing summarized. Excess and deficiency - In Tibetan healing - excess wind, excess fire these and others are the cause of ill health. In ayurvedic (India) medicine, excess and deficiency are at the heart of all healing.

If you have long term body pain, it is because one muscle pulled one way and another muscle pulled another for too long. There was an excess strength in one muscle and a deficiency in another. Emotion even goes into muscle tissue and causes bone and joint problems. That's why yoga balances the body, pushing on pulled muscle, pulling on pushed muscle. Giving the body a balance between excess and deficiency.

In a business if there is a culture change program it is likely to create some values that the company wants. This is called excess because those values, like religious values, push good behavior up, and bad behavior down. Then there is an excess of say "time management" and a deficiency of say "creative innovation"

In nature, where I rest in the arms of love, there is excess and deficiency also. The river would not flow to the sea if there were not an excess of pressure at one end, seeking to balance (the deficiency) at the other. In contrast to what people think, nature never finds balance. No, she is always seeking balance, but if nature found balance, we'd all be dead.

It is the search for balance, moving the excess to balance, moving the deficiency to balance that causes life. Without this there would be no wind, no movement in the ocean to feed the fish, no shaking of the leaves. So, nature never, ever finds balance, simply she is seeking it, over compensating and seeking it again.

In our society, like America for example, we can see trends and fashions and cultural norms going into excess and being balanced by deficiency elsewhere. To the politician it's a local issue, to the student of the laws of nature, it's always far bigger than that. My students look and they see that there is a solution to every problem and circumstance, and it is achieved, not by change, but by gaining a bigger perspective. Rising above the emotion.

If America is in excess, eating burgers, coke, drugs, making squllions, and I am not criticizing this, there will be a place, automatically on earth in deficiency. So, maybe Africa. What you can know is nature is always seeking balance. So, you can say the world trade center was not about Moslem terrorism, but more about the balancing of excess and deficiency.

Excess is never measured in quantity. A person with one billion dollars is not in excess unless they are not humble to their gift. We must recognize our own power and be thankful for it, in order not to cause a compensation in our own lives. For example; if a person was given more love than they felt worthy of, then they would be in excess, and someone else would be in deficiency and a compensation would take place.

There is a mathematical formulae which reveals the deeper meaning of this equation of excess and deficiency. It is called the "Golden mean" you can Google this and you will discover the most potent insight. They have separated the golden mean, from the golden number and the golden section. This shows you how over specialization leads to extinction. The philosopher, the mathematician and the student of art see their "Golden ratio" as unique. You are a student of the laws of nature. You rise up from this fragmented teaching in an encyclopedia written by neophytes and you "SEE"

If you grow your business faster than the golden mean, this is called excess in nature and it will cause a decline into deficiency later. If you paint a painting, build a building - or do a book cover and the proportions are in deficiency of the golden mean, you will cause the word "ugly" - a repelling force. That is why your hair cut and style can affect your beauty so much. It changes the proportions of your face. There is a sacred geometry that is also, like all the universe, humble to the ratio of the golden mean. (Pythagoras is one of my great teachers. This golden mean is his life study and the way he constructed and understood the entire universe, including sacred music)

Your heart opens with the proportions of the golden mean. Some people automatically understand this and others are always "designing" things. The great artists and designers are actually mathematicians, they use their eye, rather than a calculator, but ratios, symmetries, proportions and the order of perfection are their measure.

More profound is to see a family in a home playing this dynamic. If Dad over works, excess, one child will become lazy. If mum over works, another child will become lazy. Excess causes deficiency. If Dad is in the wrong job, one of the children will become devoted to a cause. If one parent is over attached to the cleanliness of the house, someone will go into deficiency on that topic, and just not care.

One lover wants commitment, the other wants freedom. Then, if the lover who wants freedom suddenly wants commitment, the other partner will want to wait, or delay, to avoid commitment. If you are single and are at a party and are looking for love, lover, loving, you get rejection, refusal (deficiency)

So the worrier in excess causes the peaceful one in deficiency. The aggressive one causes the passive on. Excess and deficiency explains all of life. Every step of it. Nothing escapes. The fool tries to fight to cause an excess to sustain itself, but apart from fashion and social trends which make money marketing temporary brand shifts, we are wiser to rise above excess and hold a greater purpose.

There is no global warming that will not be followed by global cooling. Those people who are fighting a war against global warming are part of that compensation, they are as much a part of nature as those who are causing the warming. No one is an island. We are all part of a huge tide, ebb and flow. The one who lost trust thinks they are causing the tide. The one who has an open heart and can love, can see they are simply a part of something far bigger. This is called inspiration.

When you sit on top of the mountain in Nepal, you see this. You see your little perspective on life back in the city, fixing, compensating, going into excess and going into deficiency. The chemicals of your body change too. Acidity is excess, and alkalinity is deficiency. And like the aggressive entrepreneur (acid) and the born again spiritual peacy peacy one (alkaline) instead of killing yourself with ill health by grasping one or the other, you can grasp both. This is called perspective. A bigger perspective.

A person who can't get perspective is a part of the problem. A leader who can't get perspective and see the healthy excess and deficiency in their own company, they will be fighting to make more (excess) or reduce some problem (deficiency) when really there is an existing excess and an existing deficiency, they don't need to do much at all, except see them both.

In a relationship, I watch people make very bad judgments all the time. They say to their lover "you are in excess" like, you do this too much, or that too much. They also say to their lover "you are in deficiency" you don't do enough of this, and don't do enough of that. Now that person in the relationship is part of their relationship problem because they are in compensation with their partner. From this perspective they are both going to fail - meaning fall into mediocrity (which seems like the expectations of most people).

There are two things you might like to observe in your day. The first is that the very thing you want to change in your lover is in fact the compensation for the very thing you like. Say you say to your lover, "you need to loose weight" now this means they are in deficiency of exercise and diet control. But when you are talking to a friend you say "oh my partner is so good to the kids, he comes straight home from work and plays with the children and we put them to bed" There is a deficiency in health control, and an excess in family dynamic. The dumb individual will think they can control the universe. The inspired individual will see that they are, as nature in a dynamic of excess and deficiency.

The second thing you might want to observe with your lover, and people in your life, is that you are a compensation for them. Say you are with your lover and they are overweight because they are not exercising and not eating well at work. You need to look at your part in this dynamic and see if it is you that is in deficiency, balancing their excess. We are so quick to judge our partner for being lazy, when we are work aholic. We are so quick to judge our lovers lack of success when we finally get through our exams.

Stupid people think that they can paint the world with a color that takes away the diversity of it. But if you are truly a student of the laws of nature you will know that the more one person is in excess (say success) the more someone, not always their lover (goes into deficiency). These are the forces of nature.

If you hang out with the same friends for many years you might find, that every time you fall in love, or get successful, one of your friends gets jealous, or goes into deficiency and starts to want to sabotage your achievements. This is most common thing I have ever seen in relationships and business. When a lover holds onto old friends when they enter a new relationship, someone will want to destroy that new relationship, because it makes them feel deficient.

In business too. Friends can become jealous of others who are succeeding, and start to give advice or even deliberately try to drain some of the success into their own pocket to rebalance their perceived deficiency. This is where the laws of nature are so critical in your life. You cannot empower people who are in deficiency around you. This is called many things but the most powerful thing to call it, is bloody sad.

You can work your heart out to build some great love relationship, then, your girlfriend starts to talk about going out late at night, and even if she is married, maybe picking up blokes at the pub. She is actually in deficiency to your new love and her unconscious mission is to bring you down to balance her deficiency.

This is not bad, nor do we need to judge our friend for her perceived deficiency. We just simply cannot empower her, nor, unconsciously follow her suggestions, and end up at war with the most important person in our lives, our lover. If you go into excess your lover can also go into deficiency. If your night life with your girlfriend becomes a threat, and he thinks you are having a great time with her, he may go into deficiency on and around you. Then suddenly you say "why don't you love me anymore?"

I was in a relationship once and we were so happy. Then my lovers mother, who was single and unemployed made up so many reasons to come into her daughters life. My lover couldn't see the mother was in deficiency, and was afraid that her daughters excess (relationship) was going to leave her alone in the world (we're talking 50 plus year old mother here) This is not bad, we can't judge mum, but to empower, or as I say "buy into" her stuff was not ok. My lover did, and our relationship sunk to the level of the mothers deficiency. This is how, families, friends and people who mean well, sabotage your life.

People don't get jealous, they just get even. If they see you, in their perception with excess or see themselves with deficiency, they act, subconsciously to equalize the difference. Just like nature does. If someone thinks they got the hard end of life's stick they act accordingly, and the places they go, to seek compensation are amazing and complex.

This is why we learn to discern. We must accept that people will feel deficient. That is the cycle of life. They are deficient in one area, as you know, because they are in excess in another. They are not out of balance. They might not have the perspective to see that they are in excess in an area, but you can. Then you don't empower them, and you steer their search for compensation elsewhere. (if you choose)

When you tell someone you love them, at first it is a magic pill for them, mainly because they were deficient (in their perspective) before you said "I love you" then, they are happy, because we are always trying to balance the deficient. But then after a few weeks if you keep saying "I love you" then they go into excess and start to want to be deficient again. They were deficient, and they wanted to be in excess of it, then they were uncomfortable and created a reason, to become deficient again.

To be comfortable with excess in your life you need to be comfortable with putting others into deficiency. If you aren't comfortable with others deficiency you'll rescue people and tell them you love them when you don't or you'll feed the monkeys bananas and make them dependent. To stay in excess in any one are of your life, you also have to be comfortable with deficiency in some area of your life.

Like hard work means less spare time. Excess work, deficient spare time. Excess love life, deficient work. Excess relationship time, deficient health time. You can't get balance. Nature never achieves balance. It is more about the honoring of the swings that makes the difference.

Lets say two children are playing and one of the parents thinks their child is deficient, didn't get a lucky break, or even that the parent fears that the child will get a rough time like they did, then the parent starts to go into excess on the child. They over protect, over provide in excess. They think that over compensating the deficiency of the child is going to cure the child, make them happy where the parent wasn't but instead they actually breed the very problem they worry about.

Lets think it though. The child is always being provided for, so the child must have deficiency, to balance excess. So, although the parent compensates, the child actually feels just like the parent felt, belittled. Although this is sounding more like mumbo jumbo new age blab blab, it's really pretty repetitive. Emotions are caused by the sensation of an excess or a deficiency. Reality is caused by stepping back from something and seeing that both excess and deficiency co exist. Emotions cause reactions, reactions are the cause of our unhappiness. Love is the perspective of excess and deficiency, within ourselves, and others. Fashion is reaction. Trend is a fashion.

Don't be afraid of the perceptions of excess or deficiency. Always step back far enough from any situation so that you can see both. In the office look for the overworker, and the under worker, see the two, know the perfection of balance, don't react. This is leadership. Know that all disease comes from these perceptions of excess and deficiency and all of our behavior comes from them. Just two words make the whole universe seem so absolutely simple, and predictable.

Too much wine gives you a headache

Not enough, makes you a bore

Too much health makes a happy heart sad

And too much happiness makes emptiness for sure

Too much tenderness turns a child against its sex

Too much violence turns a child to insatiable greed

Too much lovin makes a grown soul weep

And not enough puts all around us to sleep.

Excess means more than what we perceive we are worth

Deficiency means less than what we perceive to be worth

Strange that both can exist in one heart

Live with spirit

And not

Shipibo Ayahuasca Shaman, Benjamin Ochavano Interviewed in the Amazon Rainforest in Peru

Conversation with Benjamín Ochavano, Peru 2002

Howard G Charing & Peter Cloudsley interviewed Shipibo Ayahuasca Shaman Benjamin Ochavano in the Amazon Rainforest of Peru, who is in his mid seventies to discuss how Ayahuasca can help those Westerners who are seeking personal growth and who have embarked on the great journey of self discovery and exploration.

The uses of powerful hallucinogenic plants such as Ayahuasca have been developed by indigenous peoples and early civilizations over thousands of years, and their effects are highly dependent upon the context of the ceremony, the chants and the essential personality of the shaman, all of which can vary with surprising results.

Diverse urban uses have emerged recently and a few of these are spreading, while some traditional shamans travel the world, thus Ayahuasca is gaining recognition in Western civilization. But what really is the potential of these ancestral plants, and how can we get the most out of them?

I first started taking ayahuasca at the age of 10, with my father, who was also a shaman. When I was 15, he took me into the selva to do plant diets, nobody would see us for a whole year, we had no contact with women, nothing. We lived in a simple tambo sleeping on leaves with just a sheet over us. We dieted plants: ayauma, puchatekicaspi, pucarobona, huairacaspi, verenaquu.

I would take each plant for 2 months before moving on to the next, a whole year without women! The only fish allowed is boquichico - a vegetarian fish and mushed plantains made into a thick drink called pururuco in Shipibo, or chapo without sugar.

Then I had about a year's rest before going again with my uncle, Jose Sánchez, for another year and 7 months of dieting on the little Rio Pisqui. He taught me a lot and gave me chonta, cascabel, hergon, nacanaca, cayucayu. He was a chontero, a kind of shaman who works with darts (in the spiritual world) - so called because real darts and arrows for hunting are made from the black splintery bamboo called chonta. A chontero can send darts with positive effects like knowledge and power too, and he knows how to suck and remove poisoned darts which have caused illness or evil spells.

To finish off he gave me chullachaqui caspi. Then I began living with my wife and working as a curandero in Juancito on the Ucayali. Later I went to Pucallpa where I still live some of the time when I'm not in my community of Paoyhan, where my Ani Sheati project is.

The most important planta maestra is Ayauma chullachaqui. Then Pucalo puno (Quechua) the bark of a tree which grows to 40 or 50 meters. This is one of a number of plants that is consumed together with tobacco and is so strong, you only need to take it two times. It requires a diet of 6 month. You drink it in the morning, then lie down, you are in an altered state for a whole day afterwards.

Another plant is Catahua whose resin is cooked with tobacco. You must be sure that no one sees you while you take it. It puts you into a sleep of powerful dreams.

Ajosquiro is from a tree which grows to 20m, with a penetrating aroma like garlic. It gives you mental strength, it is very healing and makes you strong. It takes away lazy feelings, gives you courage and self esteem, but can be used to explore the negative side as well as the positive. You can be alone in the wilderness yet feel in the company of many. It puts you into the psycho-magical world which we have inherited from our ancestors, the great morayos (=shamans in Shipibo) so you can gain knowledge of how to heal with plants.

The word 'shaman' is recent in the Amazon, (coming from Asia via the Western world in the last 10-20 years). My father was known as a moraya or banco, or in Spanish curandero. A curandero could specialize in being a good chontero or a shitanero who does harm to people.

Virjilio Salvan, who is dead now, dead now introduced me to a plant which he said was better than any other plant - Palo Borrador, maestro de todos los palos (master of all plants). You smoke it in a pipe for 8 days, blowing the smoke over your body. On the eighth day a man appears, as real as we are, a Shipibo. He was a chaycuni - an enchanted being in traditional dress... cushma, or woven tunic, chaquira necklace, and so on, and he said to me 'Benjamin, why have you smoked my tree?'

'Because I want to learn' I said. 'Ever since I was little I wanted to be a Moraya'

'You must diet and smoke my tree for 3 months, no more' he said. 'And you can eat whatever fish you like...it won't matter' ... and he listed all the fish I could eat. 'But you must not sleep with any woman other than your wife' he said. And I've followed this advice until today.

Three nights later, sounds could be heard from under the ground and big holes opened up and the wind blew. Then everyone, all the family began to fly. And from that day I was a moraya.

Today I still fast on Sundays.

What do you think about Westerners coming to take plants in the Amazon?

It is a good thing for them to come and learn, for us to share and for there to be an interchange. This is what I would like to do in my community of Paoyhan. But the Ecuadorians stole our outboard motor.

How could the plants of the Amazon help people of the West?

It can open up the mind so we can find ways to help each other. It can help them find more self-realization in life. If a person is very shy for example it can help warm their hearts, give them strength and courage.

You have a different system in your countries, when we travel there we feel underrated just as when you come here you have to get accustomed to being here. When we get to know each other and become like brothers, solutions emerge. To get rid of vices and drug addictions, for example, there are plants which can easily heal people.

Pene de mono is a thick tree, which I have used to cure two foreign women of AIDS. The name means 'monkey's penis'. I saw in my ayahuasca vision that they were ill and diagnosed them as having AIDS. I boiled the bark of the tree and made 6 bottles which they took each day until it was finished. They had to go on a diet as well. No fish with teeth, salt, fruit or butter. The fish with teeth eat the plant so it cannot penetrate into the body. After this you get so hot that steam comes off the body. In the selva there is no AIDS, only some cases in the city of Pucullpa.

Quick Weight Loss - Do Vegetarian Diets Really Work For Weight Loss?

People have all sorts of reasons for becoming vegetarian. With teenagers it may be both trendy and fashionable. For some, it may be an ethical choice as part of a vegan lifestyle. Those who follow a vegan lifestyle generally believe that the animal is sacred, and won't eat, wear or use anything of animal origins. Their humanity for animals becomes an overriding conviction in their lives. Vegetarians on the other hand, won't eat meat, fish or poultry, but generally will eat dairy. Their decisions are based more on individual beliefs; either moral choices or dietary needs. With the rise of obesity in this country, and a never-ending quest to lose weight, more and more people are choosing a vegetarian diet as a trend towards better health and weight loss.

There is no arguing the many benefits of being a vegetarian. Since loyal vegetarians and meat lovers will eternally be at battle on this point, it is better to rely on medical research and data to prove these benefits. Some of the most impressive data was conducted on several thousand vegetarians, over 21 years, in which they were proven to decrease their cancer risk by 30%-50%. Another review showed vegetarians experiencing lower rates of heart disease, diabetes, and high blood pressure. All in all, people on vegetarian diets were found to eat fewer calories and less fat than meat-eaters. As a result, they had substantially lower body weight than non-vegetarians.

So the question is: can a vegetarian diet REALLY help you lose weight?

Although there has been evidence suggesting that vegan diets caused increased calorie burn after meals, there is NO guarantee that following a vegetarian diet will cause weight loss.

Weight gain is all about what you consume, and how much of it. Vegetarian diets, although they should be low in fat and nutritionally balanced, with vegetables, fruits, and protein-rich foods, can actually end up adding a significant amount of fat and calories to your diet. Substituting exaggerated portions of high-fat protein for meat (peanut butter and cheese), and overloading on healthy fats (nuts and raisins), are sure ways to pack on the poinds.

Poor food choices inevitably contribute to weight gain, whether you are vegetarian or not. If your goal is to maintain a healthy weight and lose weight, then the same strategies must apply.

-Reduce your calories by opting for low fat versions.

-Limit your portions.

-Watch your fat content.

-Eat a well-balanced diet, consisting of mostly vegetables, a minimal amount of fruit, moderate amounts of healthy fats, and protein-rich foods.

The key to eating vegetarian for weight loss is to make the right food choices.

A Few Words About Diets

The same goes for the boiled sausage, which somehow composition (and effect) amounts to a natural meat-well, it is impossible to be sure no sacred carbohydrates in sausage (ham, etc.)

The moving and the board seems to use different spices that make your food tastes: peppers recommend ginger, cinnamon (i read the "tips" cinnamon and vanillin which were in line-natural sweeteners) - not only confuse vanilla with vanillin and even more with vanilla powder (which is already mixed with sugar powder).

It is impossible to disregard the fact that many condiments and spices, and so they have to institute appetite (various peppers and ginger is especially true).

The lack of activity and high cholesterol brought by eating too much of the wrong kind of food impair the proper functioning of your heart and blood vessels. This results in high blood pressure, stroke and other blood and heart conditions. Excess weight also leads to apnea, the cessation of breathing during sleep.

There are many diets: strong, not very strict, long, short, you can lose weight, engaging in sports, sex, dancing, etc. and etc.

If you really want to observe strict diet-no use at the time the services canteens, cafes and restaurants, must learn to prepare itself, and not from the semis, in cafes and restaurants, ordering a piece of meat without garnish, but you never can be sure it is in conformity with your diet (sauce, which stew meat can be with flour or cornstarch.

Generally, do you think diet or just a healthy lifestyle - read of products and learn to prepare themselves - and that's all!

Good Luck! Great strides and small kilograms!

Soy For Health Benefits

An Introduction

First produced in China around A.D. 25 - 220 for medical purposes, soy has been considered one of five sacred plants along with rice, barley, wheat and millet for centuries. Today, soy products come in variety of form such as Soy Sauce, Tempeh, Miso and Natto. Others are Edamame, Soy Cheese, Soy Flour, Shoyu, Soy Nuts and the ever refreshing Soymilk. Besides food, soy also being processed as fabrics, candles, paints, enamels, inks and soaps which made up from soybean derivatives and known for its quality.

The Health Benefits

Soy bean contains some compounds necessary to fight or suppress certain disease. The most powerful are Isoflavones named Genistein and Daidzen.

Heart Disease

Soy beans contain soluble fiber that reacts with the absorption and metabolism of cholesterol, a common cause of cardiovascular disease.

Genistein and Daidzein (also named phyoestrogens) known to be an agent reducing serum cholesterol levels.
Osteoporosis

Soy proteins promote higher bone density; thus prevent menopausal women from osteoporosis.

Daidzen act similar to Ipriflavone, a drug used to inhibit the bone breakdown while enhancing the body's ability to remake bones hence significantly lower the risk of fracture.
Cancers

Genistein suppress the growth and stimulation of cancer cells.

Phytoestrogen is "anti-estrogens", protecting women from developing breast cancer.
Early age diet that includes soy products may inhibit the development of breast, colon and prostate cancers in the future.
Menopause

Genistein and Daidzein balance the level of estrogen in the body thus preventing the symptoms of peri-menopause like hot flashes, night sweats, headaches, vaginal dryness and insomnia.
For post-menopausal women, it lowers the risk of heart disease, osteoporosis and promotes longer life expectancy.
During menopause, soy protein helps higher the bone density thus preventing osteoporosis.
Diabetes and Kidney Disease

Soy regulates the carbohydrates breakdown into sugar in the body effectively.
Soluble fiber found in the okara (soy bean grinds)enables glucose absorption into the bloodstream.
Though soy is high in protein, a soy-based diet is still a good choice for diabetes control since it does not stimulate hyper filtration and proteinuria.
Help lower the LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol), make it effective in preventing kidney damage.
Eye Health

Genistein protects against x-ray induced cataract.
Act as radioprotectant when expose to ionizing radiation. This is helpful in cancer treatment, radiation contamination cleanup and space travel.
Lactose-intolerance

Symptoms of lactose-intolerance are diarrhea, vomiting, gas and cramps.
About 75% of the globe populations have lactose-intolerance.
By ethnic, 75% of Africans and 90% of Asians have lactose-intolerance.
Soymilk is lactose free compared to dairy milk.
Nutritional Value

Soymilk contains almost the same amount of protein as cow's milk which essential to build muscle and burn fat.
Has lower fat density than milk protein or casein.
Has little digestible calcium, therefore many manufacturers enrich their products with tri-calcium phosphate, calcium carbonate and vegetable calcium from seaweed which available for human digestion.
Contains less saturated fat and no cholesterol, which help prevent clogged arteries and heart disease.
A great source of fiber, necessary for our digestive functions.
Lecithin in soy helps lower cholesterol and triglycerides.
Vitamin B1, B2, and B6 content are good for metabolism, skin, muscle, immune and nervous system, and cell growth.
Rich in iron, zinc, phosphorus, sodium, magnesium and boron. Magnesium and boron are important co-factors of calcium for bone health.
Omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids available in soy prevent cancer and cardiovascular disease, boost immune system and promote brain health.
Useful Tips

Soymilk is lactose-free whereas lactose-free milk is between 70% and 99% lactose free.
Contain little calcium, therefore consuming calcium rich foods like leafy vegetables, sardines, salmon, avocado and almonds are necessary to complete the other parts of our diets.
A great alternative to cow's milk recipes such as making waffles and pan cakes, in coffee or tea, or over cereal.
Considered a healthy replacement for meats or other foods high in saturated fat and total fat.
Soy products along with plenty of whole grains, fruits and vegetables are a healthy balanced diet.
To get the best out of soy products, look for products which use non-genetically modified soy crops in their production.
Soybean oil used in fried foods, snacks and salad dressings might be bad for health if taken excessively as it contains more of the Omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids.
For the cardiac benefits of soy, 25 grams of soy protein is needed. This is equivalent to 2 to 4 servings a day (1 serving = a cup of soymilk or a half-cup of tofu or one-quarter cup of soy nuts).

Becoming Sacred is a Horrid Experience!

Does the prospect of embracing your days as an "ordinary human being" seem unappealing to you? Why? Being "ordinary" is the single most "extraordinary" act one can indulge in. It's easy to be 'special'. No talent required, (just follow the crowd; learn how to imitate and be phony) It's really quite simple to engage your effort in trying to be 'wonderful'. But, once you realize and exercise your 'natural and convenient' manner with no excuses or apologies, life becomes magical. (IT already was but you were too busy trying to be accepted and acknowledged to see it.)

Mistakes happen all the time: or so it seems. You miss an appointment. You forget to call someone back. You overlook someone's birthday. You spill your guts at an inappropriate time. You interpret another's words as insults. You expect a response for your kindness. You get passed over for a hard earned promotion. You trust someone who you find out later is a person who is not especially trustworthy. You discover inadvertently you've been a part of a conspiracy to get someone fired. You lash out in anger at another when the person is not deserving of your wrath. You blatantly refuse an opportunity that later appears to have been rewarding and monetarily worthwhile. You suspect someone for an injustice who was in no way involved. You doubt your own convictions. You repeat yourself. You cheat whenever opportunity presents itself IF you think you won't get caught. You act in haste. You jump to conclusions. You lead a double life; showing a face of purity while harboring and acting upon immoral/illicit sexual fantasies. You comment on a matter that does not concern you. You grow weary and tired of an involvement that proves to be successful IF you had only stuck it out. You never get over the heartbreak of your first love, harboring unfinished emotional business. You accuse another of stealing. You lie to cover up an insecurity, fear or prejudice. You talk just a little too loud and too long. You physically, mentally, verbally or financially cause someone you supposedly care about harm. You envy another's good fortune bemoaning your own. You are unfaithful. You are jealous and pretend not to care. You are deceitful but smile so no one will know. You gossip for entertainment. You laud your convictions and beliefs on another. You manipulate someone to get what you desire then justify the means. You oversell and understate. You profess to be religious but speak ill will toward another. You're intolerant and bigoted. You deny an action which openly implicates your lack of responsibility. You use another for your own benefit or glory. You secretly lust after your friend's partner. You accuse your mate for having been unfaithful. You say you're not home when someone calls. You lie about the father of your child. You exaggerate a story to make yourself look better. You cheat on your diet.

Along with a 1000 other unfortunate incidents you don't care to think about or would like to diminish your involvement. You tell yourself, "It isn't/wasn't that bad." If by chance, you are discovered for the unpleasant act, and if it threatens your security/well-being or public/professional standing, you do a double-take reassessing your current position. You manipulate the circumstances quickly in your behalf. You are quite successful at convincing others (and yourself) how truly sorry you are for what you did wrong. But, you know the truth. You KNOW how it makes you feel each time you remember the incident. You 'say' you are remorseful and truly 'sorry', and that you won't ever make the same mistake again. If only you're given another chance, you will not be so inconsiderate and careless. You will try to do so much better. Not so, my dear Amigo.

Let's be square and get real. The truth is: You hate being 'called out' 'showed up' {placed in a subordinate position} whereby you are displayed like a guilty rabbit. You don't like the obligation of appearing to give over your power. You will not be beholding to anyone. [It makes you feel helpless and weak.] Even though you apologize, you don't mean it, nor do you like doing it. In fact, you detest it. It makes you feel small and insignificant. Powerless. Unduly interrogated. When you go through all of the dramatic gestures involved in the hoop lah of the "I'm so sorry' façade, you experience an automatic righteous indignation. Even if you wanted to feel something clean and pure, you couldn't and don't. You end up feeling worse for having apologized. It's a hard to define ill-fated sensation, like you owe the other person some sort of unstated debt. {Maybe a sense of thwarted gratitude, even for his/her having forgiven you.} Yuck! A sensation of bribed or contrived obligation begins to silently choke you. The mental division has been planted. This nagging ambiguity sets up a 'highly sensitive subtle revenge apparatus' acting as a defense mechanism set to detonate at a later time. Sure, you offer reasonable acceptable excuses, explanations and rationalizations so cleverly and emotionally invented by you to make up for your so-called misaligned indiscrete actions. Face it: unless the outcome of this shenanigan brings you more benefit in some immediate obvious way, you will no more than, force (parrot) the words, "I'm sorry" from your lying lips resenting every letter uttered. On top of that noble charade, you are supposed to 'act like' you care so much more afterwards about the other person's welfare when all the while you do not. {Unless, as I've already stated, the predetermined outcome is directly linked to you in some way and will cause or caused a personal loss/hardship of some kind} Then, you really put on a 'high dollar' Las Vegas Style showcase pleading and begging remorse. Still, you are not 'sorry'. Why? Because you have nothing to be sorry for!

Nothing happens by accident. There are no mistakes. Everything transpires exactly and precisely as it did/does for reasons you are incapable of knowing at the time. Whether you accept this statement as fact or fallacy, the fact remains. Nothing can ever be any different than it is!!! Just because you are not in a position to comprehend the multidimensional expansive network of tentacles operating behind the scenes in the Cosmos does not negate the "straight and narrow "{few people ever find} line of fused reality we all walk. We are only privy to a certain limited amount of information at the time in question. You can only do what you did under the circumstances offered. There's so much more unseen than seen. And, the penchant of information we are given will, no doubt, be slanted and colored according our present level of knowledge in regards to the totality of our life's path. In other words, it all depends upon your grasp of the DEPTH OF DRAMA you need to the responses in various situations. That's right. Drama. Good old Human drama. {Nothing like emotional drama to magnify and solidify the experience of playing the part of a genuine human being.} No other action can be quite as effective as a real life verbally/physically explosive or tenderly tear jerking moving scenario of dramatic emotion. We are all governed and controlled by it. We're supposed to be. That's the nature of the game. To be born on Earth for the experience of what it entails. That is how we conquer our inexpressible divine task. What else would be the point of coming to Earth except to experience fully the ups and downs of human existence? [To experience the Song of Humanity in all its vilest performances.]

The plain truth is: We are all doing time here on Earth. There's nothing we can do about it. In fact, there's nothing we want to do about it. Our lives are determined by what we need to experience to grow out of the illusion of being mere flesh. The irony of the situation: We would not alter even one iota of any event or situation that has or ever will take place. {That's the red jellybeans at the bottom of the jar.} IF it occurred, IT occurred like IT was supposed to, period. No other way or recourse could have taken its place. Your life is perfect. My life is perfect. Every event is divine. We are all Masters of Divine Essence who have simply forgotten our sacred artistic heritage. And, it is by and through the daily Earth Walk, {including every single miserable thing, person, place, event, circumstance and flavor} we will ever go through that causes us to remember {glimpses, anyway} of who and what we really truly are. We are creators of unutterable dimension. [Capable of extraordinary feats!] But, though we are aware of this astonishing truth, we are still completely incapable of controlling our emotions. We are torn asunder by them. Either elated or depressed; we rarely find the middle ground. We remain divided. One writer expressed it so aptly, "I do what I don't want to do and don't do what I want..." {paraphrased} That is why we feel compelled to right our 'supposed wrongs," even IF we suspect the sacred vow of accepting instinctively that everything is alright. (literally: ALL RIGHT)

How long must we walk on this road of disheartening despair until we realize the flow is the go. IF things don't turn out the way we think they should, accept that they did. IF someone leaves our life before we think we wanted them to, realize we were ready. IF something apparently bad shows up at our door, don't bar it, (worrying, fretting, condemning, fighting) fling it open and invite the so-called bad in. {"Resist not evil and it shall flee from thee."} It can do no more than what it is supposed to do and it would be impossible for you to stop whatever is going to happen, anyway. IF you don't get the job, move on. There's another place for you. IF someone breaks your heart; say "thank you." IF it seems as if an injustice has occurred, realize the scales are not balanced from your bird's eye view. If you hurt someone, accept the reality that IT occurred for many more reasons and responses than you could ever comprehend. Can you see a little clearer through the 'human tears' of the experience? Do you see the pattern of 'emotional stagnation' unfolding? Are the stage lights bright enough for you to watch your overblown drama? Bottom line: You ain't that special to be running the show from what you KNOW. There's something way bigger than your personal interpretation occurring.

It's glorious to be alive and human. No greater joy and pleasure to be had. But, none of it comes from the outside. You are carrying a revered destiny of which must unfold exactly and precisely as the distinct human being you are with all the frailties attached. Every single unpleasant thing that you have ever had the sacred pleasure of being involved in is necessary. What has seemed so wrong is, in fact, correct. That's the part, you try to gloss over. You can not skip over that part!!! You are expressing the Divine Intent as only you are destined to do. No one is keeping a thing from you. No one has done you wrong, ever. You have not been cheated, abandoned, manipulated, abused, forgotten or defeated. Never! You have never been powerless and overlooked. No matter the traumatic circumstances of your childhood. You are alive today, right? You made it through your own incredibly disastrous scenario. The only harm you suffered is in your mind as you replay exaggerated pitiful victimized emotions.

Get over yourself. Get back to work. Go to the bottom of your mountain, fetch those 10 gallon buckets. Throw them over your shoulder; carry them to the well of your life. Fill them up to the brim with your personal experiences. Get back up here with some freshly imbued water. Don't poison it with unnecessary exaggerated self-importance, gloatings, complaints, moanings and groanings carried over as if you really believe what you're doing matters. Other people are doing the same thing. People are thirsty. People are hungry. People are tired. People are disillusioned. People are disgusted. People are eager to know what it's like. Waiting in line to get a chance to experience what it really means to be a passionate endowed fully convinced grateful ordinary human being. Just do it.

10 Powerful Tips For Living a Long Healthy Life

Does it seem impossible to lead a healthy life today? If you're confused about where to start . . . I have some good news for you. By choosing a healthy lifestyle and making the right choices, you can stake your claim to a long, healthy life.

Try these ten powerful tips.

One: Exercise regularly. Nothing takes the place of good ole' exercise, which supports the body in many ways, such as strengthening the heart, boosting the immune system, combating stress and giving us more energy.

Got problems exercising?

The trick to staying fit may lie in whether or not we look forward to exercising. I recommend designing an exercise program that motivates you to follow through on your plan. In other words, have FUN exercising, and you'll do it more often. Do activities that you really enjoy.

Do your exercise program - one designed for you, custom-fitted around your likes and needs. Not someone else's. Don't follow some fad. You won't stick to it.

Two: Eat healthy. The bad news is that we tend to keep the dietary habits we learn as children for the rest of our lives. These habits are often deeply ingrained or imprinted.

And when stress sets in, we tend to revert back to old habits even more, even if we have made changes in our eating habits.

Eating a healthy diet is essential to living a good, healthy life. Most of us need more fruits and vegetables in our diets. More whole grains, beans and nuts, and less processed food. Fresh is best.

How to make it work? Eat healthy foods that you actually like!

And fight stress with a plan that does not include eating more!

Three: Simply Don't Smoke.

It's tough to quit. But you can do it. It's actually easier to quit if you've tried to quit several times before and failed.

By learning from your mistakes, and figuring out what went wrong last time, you can put together a smoking cessation program that actually works better for you. Consult your doctor or other healthcare professional for assistance. It is now easier to quit than ever before!

Among middle-aged men, smoking triples the risk of dying from cardiovascular disease. Now women are dying from heart disease at alarming rates. Take it seriously.

As someone who has suffered a heart attack, I can assure you, it ain't fun! And not everyone lives through it.

Four: Keep Your Weight Respectable Obesity is a significant risk factor in developing a variety of diseases. Controlling one's weight may seem hard, but it's no harder than being overweight, and having to suffer from all the ramifications.

Develop a support system to help you lose weight. Don't go it alone. Tell as many people about your weight loss goals as possible, and get as many partners to help you reach your goals.

Follow a structured program -- structure helps! Without a program it is much harder for most.

Five: Get regular medical exams and screenings. Annual check-ups help detect problems early. Keep tabs on your blood pressure, blood sugar, the health of your skin, eyes and ears, and check for prostrate and colon problems. Early detection may save your life.

Six: Develop a Stress Management Program that really works for you. Remember? Stress is the silent killer. But if you have a system, you'll be able to deal with the stress you carry around with you a little at a time.

Start by not letting stress build up . . . take care of it on a daily basis!

You need to have a plan to manage your increasing stress.

Even good changes can be stressful.

Again, you're more likely to follow your plan if it includes enjoyable activities and you do not think of it as being complicated or hard work.

Seven: Save your money. We are saving too little, and we live our lives increasingly on credit, which is very anxiety-provoking. We should be putting more money aside for our retirement years and spending less of our income.

Saving money will lower your stress levels and give you a sense of quiet satisfaction and confidence concerning the future.

Eight: Pamper and Take Care of Yourself. Take the time to give yourself good care. Avoid spending all your time caring for others . . . while neglecting yourself, which will only leave you exhausted.

When you're tired and stressed out, take a bubble bath, go fishing or take the dog for a walk in the park. Enjoy hobbies, watch movies, relax while listening to music.

Just don't keep pushing yourself. Don't try to be perfect and avoid trying to save everyone.

Nine: Drive Safely. The biggest step you can take toward making your time on the highways and byways safer is to slow down! Speed kills. Research shows that speed causes accidents.

Why not take a little extra time to get there? You won't feel so harried, either. If you have to be a few minutes late for a meeting, fine. It won't be the end of the world.

Be a courteous, thoughtful and safe driver . . . you'll live longer and be happier!

And . . . don't participate in road rage. It doesn't pay.

Ten: Develop a Close Relationship with Nature. Nature heals and restores. It helps us develop a certain peace of mind that is hard to find elsewhere.

Those who spend time in beautiful natural settings report that they feel more relaxed and at peace. We feel connected to a sacred sense of being when living in close proximity to natural areas, forests and waterways. There is great inspiration to be found in the mountains and valleys, the parks and wild, unspoiled nature reserves.

Need help coming up with a creative idea or solving a problem? Go and ask mother nature for help. She can bring you closer to that which is real in life, and contribute to your health in many ways.

By following these ten guidelines you will improve your health and well being, as well as increase the likelihood of living longer and enjoying a more productive life.

Creator Friendly and Balanced Diet

People are a thirsty for all information relating to diets, if you enter the keyword "diet" into Google it is absolutely amazing how many results you will get, try it and see for yourself. It is fascinating to understand that there are 575 million web pages about diets, but what really bakes my noodle is that obesity is at epidemic levels and diseases such as cancer are generally on the increase, but despite all that we are living longer, so we must be doing something right.

There seems to be an awakening to the organic food movement and the dangers of GMO food, and the dangers of MSG, artificial colours and preservatives etc, but are we following the law as laid down by our Creator as to what we should be eating to be spiritually balanced and to be in good standing with the Great Spirit, the Creator?

If you examine the sacred texts and the ancient teachings, they all say the same thing, more or less. The Creator deemed that we should be Vegetarians, he gave us a choice, he told us to look at the animals in the field and see how they behaved, he said we could be like the carnivore or the herbivore, each choice would hold consequences for us spiritually, one path would take us into higher levels of purity both in body and mind and soul, and the other would take us lower into the hell worlds of our own making.

The food that we consume leaves on our body its energy imprint, so if we consume flesh, and that animal was abused and died a horrid death then the fear that consumed that animal will be transferred to us when we eats it flesh. There is the argument that everything is alive, and everything has consciousness and that no matter what we eat we are depriving something of its life experience. Once again we need to follow the law laid down by the Creator, we need to live by faith and not always by human logic which is so often flawed.

In the book of Genesis (1:29-30) from the old testament, our Creator laid out what should be our diet:

Then God said, Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the surface of the earth, and every tree yielding seed: it shall be food for you; and to every beast of the earth and to every bird of the sky and to everything that moves on the earth that has life, I have given every green plant for food: and it was so.

Jesus talks about diet and health in the 'Essene Gospel of Peace, Book One'.

And Jesus continued: "God commanded your forefathers: 'Thou shalt not kill.' But their heart was hardened and they killed. Then Moses desired that at least they should not kill men, and he suffered them to kill beasts. And then the heart of your forefathers was hardened yet more, and they killed men and beasts likewise. But I do say to you: Kill neither men, nor beasts, nor yet the food which goes into your mouth.

For if you eat living food, the same will quicken you, but if you kill your food, the dead food will kill you also. For life comes only from life, and from death comes always death. For everything which kills your foods, kills your bodies also. And everything which kills your bodies kills your souls also. And your bodies become what your foods are, even as your spirits, likewise, become what your thoughts are.

Therefore, eat not anything which fire, or frost, or water has destroyed. For burned, frozen and rotted foods will burn, freeze and rot your body also. Be not like the foolish husbandman who sowed in his ground cooked, and frozen, and rotten seeds. And the autumn came, and his fields bore nothing. And great was his distress. But be like that husbandman who sowed in his field living seed, and whose field bore living ears of wheat, paying a hundredfold for the seeds which he planted.

For I tell you truly, live only by the fire of life, and prepare not your foods with the fire of death, which kills your foods, your bodies and your souls also."

For the serious spiritual seeker, it really is a straight forward answer to which diet one should follow to be in good standing with our Creator. I do not suggest becoming vegetarian if you do not feel driven to doing it, many people who go from an omnivore diet straight into a vegetarian diet can experience detox symptoms and others may experience a possible medical reaction to giving up following the 'normal' way of eating.

Remember, if you are thinking about changing your diet, please seek medical advice and get as many sources of information before taking the plunge.
